We have found two cases of pesticide poisoning, many cases of animals dying inside the home, gas leaks, malfunctioning heating systems and blocked chimneys to name a few of the many discovered odor causes.
Our first step when we arrive on scene is to assess the level of hazard present. Depending on this, we will determine what protective gear will be required to complete the job.
Once we have assessed the level of danger present, and what protective gear will be necessary while completing the job, we will go straight to the source of the smell and remove it.
After removal, we clean, disinfect, and deodorize affected surfaces using EPA-rated disinfectants. In some cases this will mean removal of carpeting, floor, or other items that have been contaminated.
The next step is to set up containment, this will create an air flow directly from the affected room to the outside through a window, or in some cases a door.
The final step in our odor removing process is an ozone treatment. Ozone treatments destroy the odor causing molecules, bacteria, and spores.
To ensure that all harmful and odor causing microorganisms are gone we use adenosine triphosphate (ATP) testing to guarantee hospital-level standards.
